Flash 10.1 Preview on Android Nexus One

22 March 2010 143 views No Comment

The last time a leaked video of Flash running on the Nexus One was caught on the web, it was actually Flash-lite from the HTC Desire ROM. But this time, it's the real deal.

The video above comes from a platform evangelist for Adobe Systems who seems to watching the March Madness live on his Nexus One over 3G connection, thanks to Flash 10.1. The video does seem to a stutter a bit but the overall Flash experience is rather smooth and quite in the flow.

How this would affect the battery-life of the device totally requires a debate of it's own but we will leave that out for now.

As promised by Adobe, Flash 10.1 will be shipped to processor-specific Android devices running on 2.1 during the first half of 2010.
